Rain or shine agriculture farming is always on the go. Our dressing plant too!

We just did our dry run of our new plant. Rain or shine we operate. Everything is in order.

Conveyor, the evisceration process, the chiller room, the blast freezer and the cold storage. Great to invest on quality equipments for quality products. That is what Pamora Farm's purpose. Not just to produce, but to ensure the quality of every production :)

CAPON SCHEDULE ONCE AGAIN

It's time once again to do our Pamora Capon. Time flies so past with busy schedules that I almost forgot to schedule my Capon operation for December time. On Wednesday July 21, I schedule to operate 300 cockerels for more more gastronomy experts who knows and patronage our Pamora Capon...

This time of the year reminds me of our Capon operation training to Pamora Farm staffs & veterinarians by the Capon expert Ms. Manon Perrault, who came and gave a week Capon teaching on June 2008.

Then, its our time to do the Capon. Everybody's busy concentrating to do Capon :)

Very tiring day. We operated 1,000 cockerels in one day.

No sitting. No talking. Not even picture taking during Capon operations in France which starts end of June or beginning of July each year.

Finally Inaugurated!

We had a great day on June 18, 2010. Sunny!

After almost a week of rains, heaven was very kind to us not pouring a single rain drop on our inauguration day.

The program went well. On time. Well, close enough, at exactly 11:10 am our program started and went on as planned. Our Director Mr. Gerard Papillon welcomed our guests and visitors with his welcome remarks :)

Then the ribbon cutting...

Our ribbon cutting was done with the following:L-R: Mayor Bisares of Pidigan, Abra; Dir. Lucrecio Alviar of D.A.-CAR; Exec. Director Jerry Baliang of NMIS; Governor Bersamin of Abra; Yours truly; French Ambassador Thierry Borja de Mozota; and Mr. Gerard Papillon.

Followed with the blessing of the whole dressing plant by Fr. Lunes Taoil of Pidigan Parish.

We are blessed with parents with full of love and respect.

Pamora Farm is not complete without our parents!

We are family.

My parents, seated in the middle, Nanay Linda (58) and Tatay Roger (64).

Beside our Nanay is our youngest brother Donato. Beside our Tatay is our brother Rogelio Jr.

And of course, the tres marias behind.

On the right is our eldest sister Ana Marie. On the left is our second sister Wilma.

And in the middle, who else but me... the only Arestina in the family :)

(Ako ata ang author dito kaya dapat lang bida ako anoh! Ha Ha Ha!)

The most important is, we are all together and helping each other to run our business.

I thank my parents who are always there to help and support my Pamora Farm projects.

Can't wait till JUNE 18!

Are we ready yet? Well, its just few sleeps before the big day for us. The farm has been always ready though :) Clean and in order :)

The Poultry Dressing Plant (PDP) premises have few things to arrange but 95% ready. We hope to have sunshines on June 18. Opsss, I mean sunny day :)

This big machines for the blast freezing facility has to be transfer just some few meters :) But I have no worries at all. The technical guys from ELITE AIR, our supplier of blast freezing, air-chilling, cold storage and air-conditioning equipments from Taiwan, are very good at their job! Worth paying real professional technicians and experts on the job! You don't have to stay with them the whole time and guessing what is what and which is which to give you answer on your questions. Leave the job to them and when you come back, everything is in order, and working! Thats what they are being paid for, expensive but true and honest specialist.

And... the most important of all dressing facilities... the over-head conveyors! Yes! They are installed by BAYLE technical guys from Malaysia and France. Wow! I feel super great to show this to our visitors on June 18!
