CELEBRITY CHEF DINO FERRARI COOKS PAMORA FREE-RANGE CHICKEN

Last saturday, February 25, 2012, Asia Food Channel's Celebrity Chef Winner Dino Ferrari did a cooking demo of Pamora Farm Free-range Chicken :) Chef Dino Ferrari is the son of our dearest friends. Since he won the AFC Celebrity Chef contest, we simply ask him to make a cooking demo as he always cooks our Pamora free-range chicken. "YES TITA TINA & TITO GERARD!" is his answer and plus "ALL THE TIME, BASTA ITS FOR PAMORA & ORGANIC PRODUCE, I'M FOR IT!" Sweet :)

Chef Dino's family has been using our Pamora Free-range chickens since we started year 2000 :) Twelve years na! And now with choice cuts pa! Pamora Free-range Chicken is a trusted brand name not only to Chef Dino & his family, but also to many health & quality product enthusiast :)

Other ingredients used in the cooking demo of Chef Dino, such as organic carrots, potatoes, celery & onion leeks are from ATOPA (Atok Organic Producers Association) from Atok, Benguet in the Cordillera region. Thanks to ATOPA :)

PAMORA FARM @ MERCATO CENTRALE

Pamora Farm made its presence to the re-launching of the MERCATO CENTRALE's Organic & All Natural Producers Market. A section in Mercato's weekend market that focusing only on the organic, natural and healthy food stuff and non-food products.

Amidst the rain and the AGRILINK event happening at the same time, the re-launching was a success!

Vendors/Farmers had presented their products as early as 6am! The program started by 9:30am.
